Trục vitme là gì?
“Trục vitme là gì?” là một câu hỏi phổ biến của những người mới vào nghề, bởi vì bạn không thường gặp linh kiện này trong cuộc sống hàng ngày.
Thế nhưng, trục vitme được sử dụng rất nhiều trong các máy móc công nghiệp hiện nay. Nó là một bộ phận của cơ cấu đai ốc vitme. Cơ cấu này bao gồm 3 bộ phận cơ bản là trục vitme, đai ốc vitme và gối đỡ trục vitme.
Cơ cấu đai ốc vitme có vai trò truyền động để chuyển đổi từ chuyển động quay sang chuyển động tịnh tiến. Loại vitme phổ biến nhất trên thị trường hiện nay là vitme bi.

Các loại trục vitme phổ biến
Trục vitme có 2 loại, được gia công theo hai phương pháp khác nhau là ép ren (cán) và mài tiện (chủ yếu là bằng dao tiện).
Cấu tạo của trục vitme bi
Trục vitme được sản xuất theo hai cách khác nhau nên có đặc điểm cũng khác nhau. Cụ thể như sau:
- Trục vitme được ép rèn: có cấp chính xác C7, C5, chiều dài tối đa L6000mm.
- Trục vitme được mài tiện: có cấp chính xác C7, C5, C3, chiều dài tối đa L3000mm.
Cả hai loại trục này đều được mạ Crom ở các rãnh bi.
Vậy nên, nếu ứng dụng của bạn yêu cầu độ chính xác cao hơn, bạn nên dùng trục vitme mài tiện.
Trục vitme có đặc điểm gì nổi bật?
Trục vitme có những ưu điểm như sau:
- Độ chính xác cao
- Cơ cấu vitme đai ốc ít ma sát, mang lại chuyển động mượt mà, không gây ồn.
- Hiệu năng sử dụng cao.
- Độ bền cao, sử dụng lâu dài vẫn ổn định dù hoạt động liên tục.

Nhờ những ưu điểm vượt trội trên mà hệ thống trục vitme bi được sử dụng khá phổ biến trong công nghiệp như vít me bi máy Plasma, vít me bi máy Lazer, vitme máy điều khiển tự động, máy công cụ, thiết bị y tế, thiết bị năng lượng xanh, hệ thống lưu trữ và truy xuất tự động, máy móc công nghiệp chung hoặc trong các ngành công nghiệp robot, ngành công nghiệp bán dẫn,…
Người ta có thể dựa theo mức độ hoạt động chính xác của vitme mà phân loại vitme đai ốc bi theo:
- Vít me bi cấp chính xác cực cao: được sử dụng trong các máy công cụ tốc độ cao, trung tâm gia công tích hợp tốc độ cao
- Vít me bi tốc độ cao: như vitme bi máy CNC, vitme máy công cụ chính xác, vitme máy móc công nghiệp, máy móc điện tử, vitme máy móc tốc độ cao chính xác,…
- Vít me bi cấp độ thường: dùng trong hệ thống tay gắp sản phẩm, máy móc công nghiệp nói chung.
