Product warranty policy

1. CONDITIONS OF PRODUCT WARRANTY

  • Products must comply with the manufacturer’s warranty provisions for technical problems.
  • Products are still within the warranty period.
  • Products are intact, full box, package (except charging cable) and have warranty stamps and purchase invoices.
  • Accessories of the products are exchanged to accessories of the same type if it is the fault of the manufacturer.
  • For products that are samples or no longer in production, they will be exchanged for other products of equivalent value.

2. CASES NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PRODUCT WARRANTY

  • Products are beyond the warranty period.
  • Products’ appearance has been affected by external effects such as scratching, distorting or tearing.
  • Products have damages caused by the user, or the user has repaired it to change the products’ features.
  • Products show signs of poor storage that change their appearance, color or affect product quality.
  • Products which are gifts in the promotions are not warranted under the company’s warranty policy.

4. PRODUCT WARRANTY TIME

  • The time the company receives product warranty is from 8am – 4pm from Monday to Friday of the week.
  • Warranty period left = Initial warranty period – Elapsed period.
  • Customers will be guaranteed the warranty settlement about the time to check and return warranty products.

If any problems arise, the complaint handling staff will notify the customer latest on the date of commitment to return products.
