In order to ensure client’s benefits, improve the quality of after-sales service, IDEA Technology Trading JSC will help you exchange new products according to the following provisions:
2. Scope of application of barter:
- Time limit for consideration of exchange and return:
- No more than 05 days for all products
- Goods exchanged and returned must:
- Be bought at IDEA Technology Trading Joint Stock Company
- Have intact stamp (not torn or reapplied) of the manufacturer or the stamp of IDEA Technology Trading JSC
Be in good conditions (no scratches, dents, distortion, yellowing, or broken …)
- Be complete: Accessories, warranty cards, brochures, brochures / catalogs, packaging, foam boxes … (except for laminated films, plastic films …)
- Must have all attached gifts and vouchers, receipts, VAT invoices (if any).
Conditions for bartering:
- The product has not been used or used but has an irreparable technical problem (due to the manufacturer’s technical error), is checked and verified by the technical support staff of the IDEA Technology Trading JSC.
- The product is not the same with the one you have ordered.
- The product does not meet the quality criteria such as: out of date, expired warranty, not operating, objective failure within the warranty scope of the supplier, manufacturer, …
- Client pay the fees incurred in the following cases:
- In case of changing a product other than the model and type as you like, the costs of changing the model or other.
- category will be paid by you. Alternative products are considered as a new order by IDEA Technology Trading JSC and comply with the current policies of IDEA Technology Trading JSC. The fee for each specific product group/ model will be updated by IDEA Technology Trading JSC periodically.
- In case of exchanging products which are accompanied by freight promotions or other accessories when bought, please refund those costs to IDEA Technology Trading JSC.
- Other costs (if any): transportation, installation, dismantling,… will be borne by your company.
3. Cases that not accepted for exchange / return:
- Not applicable for those products.
- Types of adapters accompanied with goods.
- No prior notice.
- The products are broken since you did not operate not properly according to provided instructions.
- You cause damages to the external condition of the products such as torn package, broken…
- The products have been confirmed in new and good condition when delivered but after that you request to return due to the deformation (scratches, distortion, yellowing, broken …)
4. Procedures for exchanging / returning goods:
- You can contact IDEA Technology Trading JSC directly and we will help transport goods back to our factory.
- After issuing “Product verification and inspection form” of goods damaged as irreparable technical errors, acceptance of renewal, the exchange of goods will be made in accordance with the company and the manufacturer; or an authorized service center of the manufacturer’s regulations.
- The process of handling the request for exchange / return will be done within the company’s specified time for that product and the delivery time for the entire process of sending and receiving goods to the party responsible for exchange and return and vice versa – from the date of receiving sufficient documents from the customer.
