ITMC has high-precision CNC lathe machine, we can machining parts with strict requirements on tolerances and storage for the Japanese and US markets.
The machines are imported directly from Japan’s leading brands such as Okuma, Mazak and Mori Seiki. ITMC has 4 lathe machines, our joint ventures have 9 CNC machines and CNC lathes, NC, which can process many different sizes.
We can manufacture many types of product, from single to industrial production, which can satisfy the most fastidious customers.
Common materials:
Alloy steel: S45C, S50C, SKD61, SKD11, M2, D2.
Ordinary steel: CT3, SS400.
Stainless steel: stainless steel SUS201, SUS304, SUS420, SUS430…
Non-ferrous materials: copper, brass, aluminum, titanium.
