Description

AUTOMATIC packing machine (coffee, sunflower, dried fruit, cashew nut, corn….)

• The machine is powered by a brushless motor in a direct electric shaft.
• The disc feeder is heated automatically with the disc in reverse. The control depends on independent motors. Ability to time change/synchronize with wrapping machine according to product size, pack speed and ramp up or down speed. This optimized system allows to greatly increase the average output of the machine and eliminates any unnecessary stops.
• No-work construction: it makes cleaning operations easy. The front has only the seals while the mechanical and electrical components are located at the rear of the machine in a separate and protected environment. Thus, all obstacles to a perfect cleaning process have been eliminated.
• Automatic roll draw frame machine: without reducing the speed of the machine. Maximum efficiency and moreover, all preliminary operations are made extremely easier.
• Extended scroll holder.
• Power slip ring and gold temperature control for perfect signal conductivity.
• Telephone support system: the unit that controls the machine’s functions can communicate with each other through the modem with the service department.
